Launchpad is a groundbreaking development providing a venue for the delivery of diplomas to 14 to 19 year olds and other vocational training to young adults. The centre will help to reduce the number of young people not in education, employment or training and have a positive effect on unemployment. The centre will be the focus for vocational learning for the partnership.
