Surprise Guests at M & Co Fashion Show 2010!

On Saturday, March 20th, AKS was once again host to the very popular annual M & Co Fashion Show. All the models were volunteers from the local community and ranged from babies to grandparents. 
Those old enough had personally chosen their outfits from the wide selection available in the new season's collection at M & Co, basing their choices on style and colour as well as wearability, ranging from casual through to formal:
The Fashion Show took on an international flavour at the end of the first half, when who should take to the catwalk, but none other than the current Miss Rio!
Miss Rio is staying with relatives in Tewkesbury whilst studying and having seen the flyer advertising the Fashion Show had promptly asked if she could take part.
Another surprise guest took to the stage next - Glen Dufty of G & T Hair. Glen had already been hard at work backstage with some of our younger models' hair and we were treated to a true demonstration of his skills as he transformed Mel's hair before our eyes!
The second half of the show was as delightful as the first with gorgeous outfits displayed to their best effect by our brave and talented participants:
