Organisation of Tutor Groups

Since our school is small some children enter our reception group at differing ages. Once they have settled into school and been assessed they normally join pupils of the same chronological age. In the middle and senior phases, groups of children who experience particularly complex special needs maintain contact with a specialist teacher for more of the day. Those groups in which children require even greater supervision and stability often comprise of pupils of three different age groups.

Our groupings for academic year 2008/2009 are -
